Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a full refund. It must also be in its original packing, with no modifications to the contents. We'll need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please don't return your product to the retailer. Return shipping fees are borne entirely by you, the client. A $7 international border processing fee for brokerage and return handling will be added to all returns from the United States.
Any item returned which isn't in its original condition, is harmed or missing parts will be liable to 20% restocking expense.
